Seasoned masters shuttler Nadeesha Gayathri claimed two medals — a gold and a silver — at the Yonex All England Senior Badminton Championship held in London, England. Nadeesha, the most successful shuttler at last year’s Ceylon Masters International Championship last season, went on to win medals at leading Masters International Badminton Championships held across several countries, continued her top form by claiming two medals in the Over-40 age category.
She displayed her efficiency as a single contender by winning the gold medal in the Women’s Over-40 Singles, and went on to add another medal, silver, in the Mixed Over-40 Doubles category, to complete a successful campaign in the prestigious 108th All England Seniors Badminton Championship held from April 10th to 12th in London, at the event held continuously with the participation of leading masters shuttlers from over the world.
