Can each lecturer see only their own classes?
Yes. A lecturer is assigned to specific courses and can manage only those. You can also switch individual permissions on or off per person.
Can front-office staff handle payments without full admin access?
Yes. Grant the payments permission to a role or to one person. They can review slips and record payments without touching settings.
Can we use our institute's own domain?
Yes, on the Pro and Institute plans. Point a subdomain such as learn.yourinstitute.lk at lms.lk with one CNAME record.
Can we record cash payments made at the counter?
Yes. Staff with the payments permission can record a manual payment against a student and course, with a note.
