Billing questions
Do you take a commission on my course fees?
No. You pay the plan price only. Student payments go to your own PayHere account or bank account.
How do I pay for my plan?
From Plan & Billing inside your academy, by card or wallet through PayHere. You can pay for one month or one year at a time.
Is there a contract?
No. Each payment covers one month or one year. If you renew early, the new period is added on top of the time you have left.
What happens if I don't renew?
After a short grace period your academy goes offline for students. Your courses, students and records are kept — renew and everything is back.
